When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, business, and the details of your enquiry.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use standard business tools (such as form handling and email hosting) to operate; those providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Records relating to work we carry out are kept as long as legally required.
